Absolutely not! We purchase homes in ANY condition, from poor to excellent. About 10% of the homes we buy would be categorized as excellent and/or market ready condition. The only costs for a seller would be a 1% transfer tax and a deed preparation fee (usually around $150). The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania requires a 2% transfer tax to be paid on the sale of any property. Honest Home Solutions covers the remaining 1% to match the seller as well as ALL other costs necessary to buy and sell the home! There are NO Hidden fees to a seller! This simply means that a seller will walk away with a check in the amount that was agreed upon for the sale of the home!
