What Erik Brings To The Team:

Erik is the President & founder of Honest Home Solutions, LLC. His extensive knowledge of Real Estate investing, marketing, and selling comes from over 5+ years of experience in the field. Erik prides himself on doing the right thing and helping every client with each of their individual situations to find a real estate solution that is best fit for them. He has personally walked thousands of properties and directly handled nearly every seller situation imaginable. Erik is a loving father to Leonidas & Bradyn Latsha. In his spare time, Erik enjoys golfing and checking out new local restaurants.

Kelsey Henise

Director of Administration

What Kelsey Brings To The Team:

Kelsey joined the Honest Home Solutions Team in April 2019. Kelsey oversees all aspects of the company’s accounting, transaction coordinating, and daily administrative duties. Kelsey graduated from Kennard Dale High School in 2012, where she spent her Senior year focused on the Employability Skills program learning important skills and the ethics of being an asset in the workplace. In her spare time, Kelsey enjoys reading and cooking.

Nico Delgiorno

What Nico Brings To The Team:

Nico joined Honest Home Solutions, LLC in August 2020. A graduate of Alvernia University, Nico’s finance and business experience is a backdrop to his remarkable customer service and sales experience.  Drawing on his experience as a member of national and international ice hockey teams, he is excited to team-up with you to provide tailored solutions designed to meet your specific needs and a stress-free transaction. As a problem-solver, his enthusiasm to help is contagious and comforting. In his free time, Nico enjoys detailing cars, golfing, and playing with his 3 dogs

Rick Delgiorno

Director of Operations

What Rick Brings To The Team:

With over 25 years of global strategic and operations experience, Rick built sustainable results-producing operations for the higher education and addiction treatment industries domestically and internationally. He successfully increased institutional footprints by 700%, referrals 689%, millions of dollars a month in net revenue, and a 920.61% increase in constituent engagement despite the pandemic.  Rick’s most recent credits include creating KPI and operational metrics to measure successes and provide early blind-spot warnings for the addiction treatment industry.

A decorated higher education executive; he is credited with helping 100’s of colleges and universities develop and implement effective policies and procedures to achieve maximum productivity and efficient global operations, advancing and increasing domestic and international engagement and giving by 569%, creating an average increase of 9% in new donors annually, and an annual average of 160% increase in enrollment applications.

When not increasing institutional footprints and centers of excellence, Rick enjoys spending time with his family and grand puppies, Enzo and Ellie, volunteering to help the elderly and youth in his community, and officiating football as a certified PIAA official.

What Kate Brings To The Team:

Kate joined Honest Home Solutions, LLC. as a Home Solutions Consultant in the Spring of 2021.  She is an expert organizer, planner and people person.  One of her best skills is developing relationships and seeing things through to the finest details.  Kate is a mom to two beautiful children, Ella and Sam. She loves laughing, red wine, spicy foods and good conversation.

Alex Stokes

What Alex Brings To The Team:

Alex started his career in real estate at 18 years old when he flipped his first house with a partner. In the 7 years since, he has helped people in many situations sell their home no matter the condition. Real estate has been a passion for Alex since he started his career, and having the chance to meet/work with so many people has been truly enriching. Every homeowner gets the same excellent service and care, Alex truly works as hard as he can to find the best solution that fits their needs!

Shawny joined the Honest Home Solutions, LLC. team in October 2023. Her experience in administrative management brings organizational skills to the team and has creative skills to make her work pop! She is a go getter, hard worker, and has a never-quit attitude. Outside of work, Shawny enjoys traveling and spending quality time with friends. 

Miranda Ilaria

What Miranda Brings To The Team:

Miranda’s love for real estate started when she was a child. She grew up watching HGTV and helped her father build houses which sparked her admiration for the field. In 2020 Miranda started her career in Real Estate and she hasn’t looked back since! She is a mother to 2 amazing children that keep her on her toes and help her reach her goals. Outside of work, Miranda enjoys traveling and attending her children’s sporting events.

Chris Gambrill

Real Estate Investment Acquisition Agent

What Chris Brings To The Team:

Chris has been involved in many aspects of the real estate business along with holding a PA & MD Real Estate license for the last 18 years.  He has assisted traditional buyers and sellers navigate the ever changing and challenging real estate market.  Chris has managed and consulted with investors to increase their real estate portfolios which primarily consisted of multi-unit and single family rentals and fix & flip residential properties. He has worked as a property manager and as a leasing consultant in a corporate environment. Chris has successfully negotiated short sales and organized construction and rehab projects. He has completed over 500 transactions since beginning in the business. He holds a bachelors degree in Communications with a minor in Marketing from York College of Pennsylvania. If Chris is not at work,  which he is most of the time, he is spending time with his amazing son Henry, or enjoying time outdoors.
